I would walk 10000 miles

The next day we wanted to explore the West side some more. We walked pretty far all the way to the flat iron building where we grabbed some coffees at a cute place called maman. We continued to wander down to the high line which is a cool walkway over the city full of flowers and greenery. You get a great view of the river up there so we walked along for a while and did some people watching too.

Then we made our way to chelsea market which reminded us of camden market. It’s indoors and full of different places to eat at. We each got a grain bowl and a juice and sat outside to enjoy them.

After this we made our way to this new little island right on the Hudson. It looks like something out of Dr Seuss and again it’s full of plants and flowers. Then we walked along the river too and eventually found a nice place to sit on loungers and relax for a bit. We took an uber home to get ready for dinner. Dress code: posh! Drew came home from work and we ubered back to where we just came from for our dinner reservations at city vineyard. This restaurant was busy, kinda loud but ~vibey~ and of course we ordered wine. Our food came pretty quick too and we chatted and hung out together  which was the best. Then it was time for pictures on the pier with the most beautiful background of the world trade centre building. Unfortunately Taylor and I were kind of crazy following a failed attempt to do a panorama where we keep changing positions. We laughed way too hard but this made for some great candids/plandids! To end our classy night out we ubered home again and continued watching the bachelorette.
