LA: Beverly Hills edition

I am proud to announce my arrival in LA. I'd like to take a moment to give a huge thank you to one of my best friends and her family for including me in their holiday plans here. They have been amazing and have already made my time here so fantastic and memorable.
After ubering to their house from the airport, we went out on an exclusive family tour of the city stopping on Rodeo Drive, driving past the Beverly Hills estate and shopping on Melrose Avenue.

We got lunch at a really famous vegan restaurant called Gracias Madre where some sort of blogging event was taking place and just a few minutes earlier we spotted Big Sean on Rodeo Drive.

We then stopped at few cool shops nearby and even spotted the Kardashian store.

Danae recommended we get coffee at Alfred which was so good and we were served right after singer Bebe Rexha!

After driving down Sunset Boulevard, the last stop on the tour involved a drive up into the hills for this amazing view of the sunset over Hollywood. What a cool place LA is!

That night, they were kind enough to let me stay at their house rather than the hotel I had planned to stay at. It made things a lot easier and it meant I didn't have to be alone in Santa Monica, it worked out really well and I'm so lucky and appreciative that I have such good friends who look out for me.

Satisfied with my first experience of LA, and barely running on over 24 hours of consciousness and traveling, I slept incredibly well. I can't wait to see more!
