Today was a bit different to yesterday. I woke up late for the first time of the whole trip and we drove to Malibu Country Mart to have a fancy pancake breakfast and do a bit more shopping.
Guess who went to Sephora?
Then we spent the rest of the day on the nicest beach, and even saw some dolphins swimming in the sea!
Know that the following photos were taken for the sole reason we were at the beach and are a celebration of a newly formed international friendship in the form of uni friends abroad.
We left the beach just a bit before sunset and stopped at bar right next to the beach further down. This place was so cool and had a DJ playing and people spilling out of the doors as a sign of its popularity. We got a drink and shared some appetisers but mainly focused on the view from the bar straight out to the sea.
Later on, the kids went out to 3rd Street Promenade to shop even more, we had to make use of access to the biggest Brandy Melville store and then we finished the day with Chipotle.
I'm glad that in the 2 days since I've been here I have been able to see both the city and the beach. Once again, I'm very lucky!
